Event Details
We will hold the official opening service of SMC (Santiphap Mission Center). During this meaningful event, we will also conduct the appointment of Pastor Matthew and Sarah as the new directors of SMC.
Please join us in praying for God's wisdom, grace, and anointing upon them as they step into this new role of leadership.
About Matthew and Sarah
After 25 years of serving churches in the United States, the Lord called them to missionary work as Member Care providers to care for missionaries and field workers. And in May 2024, their journey began in Bangkok, Thailand in support of the Santiphap Mission.
They have since relocated to Khon Kaen where Santiphap has a sizable building complex called SMC (Santiphap Mission Center). The goal is to utilize SMC as a member care hub where missionaries and church leaders can come for rest, restoration, renewal, teaching and equipping. Another important objective for SMC is to raise today’s young generation to become Thailand’s next generation Christian leaders.
To facilitate the goals, Matthew and Sarah will be given official positions during an event to be held in Khon Kaen called SMC Dedication Ceremony on Mon, August 11th There, Matthew will be appointed Director of SMC, while Sarah as Associate Director. Both positions are non-paid but will have supervisory oversight over 2 paid full-time and 2 part-time SMC staff.
