I am pleased to introduce you to our first SMI mobilizer and coordinator, Pastor Nutchanon Songpornprasert (Note). He is a Thai-Chinese individual who grew up in Bangkok in a non-Christian family. By the grace of God, the Lord saved all his family members between 2000 and 2002.
In two years while pastor Note is serving in Maitrichit, Pastor Note is married to Eun Hee Kim (the founder's daughter) and is blessed with two beautiful kids: Ha-Im (~4 years old) and Ha-Ru (~1 year old). Later, Note was called into full-time service. He graduated from Singapore Bible College in May 2015 and began serving in Maitrichit Chinese Baptist Church as part of the pastoral team for two years.
Since the end of 2017, he has been part of the Santiphap Mission Organization, where he planted a church in Nakhon Phanom and pastored another in Khon Kaen.
By the Lord’s guidance, starting in July 2025, Note has taken on a new role with SMI Singapore as a Mobilizer and Coordinator. In his position, he will oversee mission work in Thailand focusing on the northern region to see churches plant in the 14 provinces and 7 in the central region. His primary goals are to identify the needs in these mission fields, encourage and strengthen local leadership, and unite the community. Additionally, he will mobilize churches in Singapore to support the mission efforts in Thailand.
In July, he and his family relocated to Chiang Mai to enhance the efficiency of his ministry. We are confident that his new role will bring significant encouragement and improvement to the mission field.
